Volleyball Teams Win In the Phil. Olympic Festival held last July 22-26,2008 at Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental.

A total of 276 first timers & repeaters passed the June 2008 NLE  for an overall passing rate of  67% for USLS. For first timers, the passing rate is higher at 70% with 268 hurdling the exams on their first try. 

On July 16, 2008, the University of St. La Salle and Globe Telecom, Inc. launched the USLS Sim Card with the battlecry - “One School, One Sim.”

USLS-IS captured the Shakey’s Girls Volleyball League national crown against the defending champion Hope Christian High School of Manila, led by MVP and Best Attacker Gianes Dolar and Best Libero Kristine Caro, held last June 12 at the USLS College Covered Court.
